Since we launched on Kickstarter in 2018, we have delivered over 8,000 Travel Bag Buddy's in 63 countries around the world.

We have listened to all the amazing feedback from our backers and customers worldwide and have created two new version of the travel Bag Buddy. We have improved on what works, fixed any issues and added more useful features.

•  Handle Sizes - a brand new system that allows the Travel Bag Buddy to fit handles over 30% wider than before! 
•  Closures - improved closures keep your items more secure than ever.
•  Pockets - more pockets with dedicated sizes and placement to help you stay organized on the go.
•  Storage - more space for the items you access most while traveling.
•  Modular Design - converts from securing your luggage to a crossbody/sling in seconds.

Fulfillment

We have been working with our partners around the world to help reduce costs, fulfillment turn around, transit times and customs/duties.

US: Free door to door tracked shipping, I don't think there is much more to say!

EU: We have a fulfillment partner in Netherlands, which means your items will arrive faster and you will not have to pay duties and customs!

Hong Kong: We have a logistics team and warehouse in Hong Kong. This allows us to now offer free shipping to Hong Kong!

Singapore: We are still finalizing the details, but we have partnered withWe The People  to offer free shipping for backers in Singapore. You simply have to visit their Singapore store and pick up your reward once it's ready!

For the remainder of the world we are going to leverage our fulfillment centers in the US, Netherlands and Hong Kong to optimize delivery.

Giving Back.

We have decided to shift from planting a tree for every backer to giving $1 for every backer to medical relief and supplies related to COVID-19 through project C.U.R.E.

We chose Project C.U.R.E for their fiscal transparency and amazing track record of providing and empowering health care workers and facilities with the medical resources they need. You can also donate directly to Project C.U.R.E here.

We will also be donating an additional 20% of net profits from every Fidlock V-Buckle to Project C.U.R.E

We will still be planting over 750 trees through onetree.org.

While we are focused on the challenges we are facing now, we are also looking forward to the near and brighter future.

Hi Everyone,

We hope your week is going great and we are excited to be at the tail end of fulfilling all of our backers. 

Currently, we have shipped out rewards to 2,774 backers, 16 are shipping shortly after the addresses are corrected and 67 backers still need to fill out their surveys. We will be reaching out again personally to those backers this week.

We have now shipped out over 5,000 Travel Bag Buddy’s to 60+ countries for our backers to enjoy.

Since launching on Kickstarter in August 2018, this past year has had more road bumps and tough lessons than we could have ever imagined. Throughout this process all of our amazing backers patiently stood by us, offering encouragement through the delays and challenges. Without your support we would have never been able to bring the Travel Bag Buddy to life. We are eternally grateful for each and every one of you and hope you will stay in touch and remain connected.

The Future

Along this past year, we have found strong partners for our supply chain, brought in talented creatives, designers and most importantly a worldwide community of support. We have some exciting new products in the works and look forward to sharing them with you in the near future. We will continue to listen to your feedback, provide strong communication and never compromise on quality.
