Hi everyone,

we hope you are all doing well. Just wanted to touch base and update you on the project and the next steps.

Manufacturing: We are finalizing some important details and getting the materials ready, so we can start production shortly.

Fulfillment: We are setting up our warehouse and shipping ,so we can move the finished product directly from the factory. Once there we will be able to send your order out asap!

IMPORTANT - Payment Status

A lot of you corrected your payment, but some of you still have not. Please make sure you do so we can fulfill your reward! If you are having difficulties CLICK HERE to learn how you can quickly correct your payment.

Kickstarter: We are waiting on them to receive the funds, which happens 2 weeks after the campaign finishes.

Surveys: We will be sending those out next week. We are working on them now to make it easy for you complete.

We hope your weekend was great. We spent it perfecting the closures, seams and materials from the first factory sample. The hope is that everything is good to go and we can begin production shortly!

It's been an amazing experience on Kickstarter growing from an idea to a real product that thousands of you will soon be enjoying. THANK YOU for the support, feedback and encouragement in making this possible.

What are the next steps?

In the next few weeks we will be sending out a survey that you will need to fill out, so we can deliver your Travel Bag Buddy(s). The email will go out to the email address associated with your Kickstarter Campaign. Please look out for it. It will mention Travel Bag Buddy in the subject line.

With the survey you will also get the exclusive opportunity as our first backers to buy additional Travel Bag Buddy(s) at special discounted rates. These rates are only available through the survey.

When will the rewards ship?

We have our first factory sample in our hands as of yesterday. We are making a few small adjustments and hope to have the production ready sample in the next 7-10 days.

Production hopefully will wrap up in November and we will be going to Hong Kong once that happens and personally overseeing the fulfillment. We are optimistic that the rewards will ship out end of Nov, beginning of Dec.

If there are any changes to the timeline, we will let you know right away and stay in communication as we resolve the matter.

Hi everyone,

THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR CAMPAIGN A SUCCESS!

It's midweek and we wanted to update you on the campaign, but also what is going on after the campaign.

We will continue to update you 1-2x a week on the progress of fulfilling your rewards and will be available always to answer your questions.

There will be surveys sent after the campaign ends so you can choose the color(s) you want, tell us the address to send them to and any other important information. This will help us make sure you get your reward delivered correctly.

We will be on Indiegogo inDemand after as well in case your friends or family want to get one (we anticipate major FOMO after you show them your awesome reward!)

You guys have been amazing, not only have you supported our project, shared it on social media we have also gotten amazing ideas for the future. We look forward to nurturing the wonderful Travel Bag Buddy community and perhaps introducing other products in the future.

We are committed to delivering a high-quality product in a timely manner. Now that the campaign is wrapping up, all of our focus and time will be ensuring that happens. The factory sample is almost ready for production as well which we are stoked about.

Happy Monday everyone!

We wanted to update you and answer some important post campaign questions we have received.

Q. Can I choose multiple colors if I bought more than one?

A. Yes, we will have a survey after where you can choose which you want in black and which in navy blue.

Q. I was not asked for my address, how will I get my reward?

A. We will be sending a survey out after the campaign ends with a link to easily provide your shipping information. We will keep you updated on the fulfillment. If you need to change your address, please let us know as soon as possible.

Q. Can I get my Travel Bag Buddy by the holidays?

A. We originally planned on fulfilling from the US. This would have meant a 16-day ocean journey. To expedite we have chosen to fulfill directly from Hong Kong. This should reduce customs costs for many of you, as well as saving about 2-3 weeks on fulfilling your reward. We will personally go to Hong Kong to ensure that the items are packed and sent out correctly. If all goes according to plan we will deliver your product by the holidays.

Q. Have you started production?

A. Not yet. We should have a production ready sample this week. Once that gets approved it is about a 30 to 40 day process to manufacture the Travel Bag Buddy. We will keep you updated every step of the way.
